This private golf course debuted in the Golf Digest’s Top 100 courses when it opened in 1987. Challenging, yet player-friendly, this beautiful layout takes full advantage of the trees, water and salt marshes that surround it. DeBordieu’s picturesque 449-yard par four 17th hole, which borders an historic Colonial era rice field, was voted the “Number One Hole” by golfers on the Grand Strand. Play is only available to DeBordieu Colony members and their guests.
