This track was originally a 27-hole facility, but they closed the Dogwood nine, so only the Tall Oaks and Holly nines remain. Built on gently rolling terrain accented with an abundance of oaks, pines, dogwoods and azaleas, it has strategically placed island tees and greens as well as peninsula greens. Water comes into play on all nine holes on the Tall Oaks nine. This course got very rundown due to incompetent management. That group folded and the owners said that they were going to bring it back. Despite spending $400,000, their efforts were at best mediocre.
