Overlooking the Waccamaw River, this is one of only two private, member-owned golf clubs on the Grand Strand. In 1986, Golf Digest dubbed it the No. 1 Golf Course in Myrtle Beach. In 1996 they rated it the 15th Best Golf Course in South Carolina” and the 16th Best in 1997. It features generous rolling fairways, buff-colored bunkers, lots of Love grass covered mounds and some exceptional multi-level, elevated greens. This tract is getting a bit long-in-the-tooth, and needs a face-lift.
